This sweet and savory ham recipe reminds me of the after church Sunday dinners that my mother used to make. I love this recipe because it can be thrown in an air fryer and the clean up is minimal, but also is one of the tastiest meals I’ve made.
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 35 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 cup lightly packed brown sugar
- 1 cooked ham (3 – 5lbs)
In a saucepan, combine maple syrup, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard. Bring to a boil over medium heat and continue to stir. Let simmer for 2 – 3 minutes.
Line your air fryer basket with aluminum foil to minimize clean up. Preheat to 300 degrees for 30 – 35 minutes. Place ham inside and brush with glaze.
Glaze throughout cook time. Brush leftover glaze on to ham when removed.
I love to serve this ham with mashed potatoes & gravy and stuffing.
